A sunny, tranquil getaway awaits at this fantastic home along the panhandle of Florida. It's the perfect spot to bring your loved ones, get away from it all, and find a comfortable place to rest your head - all within an easy walk of downtown Pensacola's many attractions. The white sands of Pensacola Beach, Blue Wahoos Stadium, the Pensacola Museum of History, Admiral Mason Park, Graffiti Bridge, Navy Point Park, and Scenic Hills Country Club are all within an 11-mile radius as well.



Upon entry, you'll be met with an immaculate interior and an inviting atmosphere all throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a movie marathon on the large TV, or serving brunch outside on the patio. In the evenings, fire up the Traeger Pellet Grill for a family barbecue, recount the day's excursions around the firepit, and watch the pink clouds fade into a starry sky.

This downtown location is the perfect spot. We came to town for a family wedding and everything we did was within a few minutes drive. The home itself is beautiful, quiet and has everything you need. I only wish we had had more time to enjoy the fire pit.

Great spot near the wedding events we had downtown Pensacola. House is very clean. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would stay again if in the area and needed/wanted to be downtown.

Great stay, great cleanliness, and nice amenities especially outside on porch. VRBO Cleaning staff should ensure the coffee maker works (clogged due to mineralization) and that there are a more appropriate number of hangers in the closets. Also, very difficult to reach VRBO since they use an out of town customer service group. Owner of property has done a good job - VRBO should be better at the maintenance/smaller considerations.

Beautiful property on quiet street. Close to all of our destinations, The Oar House, Pensacola Beach, FloraBama, and downtown. Family friendly with bedrooms upstairs to separate noise when someone wanted to stay up late or be up early. Beautiful design and decor. Felt safe when walking our small dog in the immediate area.

Could have been great -- but...

Master bedroom bed was broken and uncomfortable. No significant response from Vacasa. We weren't expecting miracles -- but some responsiveness to help with the bed situation would have been helpful. Otherwise the place was clean and the location was great. You better just hope nothing goes wrong because you won't get help.
