The hvac air flow is noisy and could have used a slightly earlier check capability if available.The unit is nicely furnished and ready for all your standard needs. We would stay here again

Great Apartment

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. The location is fantastic, just a short walk across the street to the beautiful beach. Highly recommended!

The size of the property was smaller than what the pictures made it appear. The most appealing part of the whole property was its proximity to the beach, which was across the street. The decor was fine but the condo could use a little better cleaning. There were dead bugs in the light fixture over the kitchen, and we found roaches in the condo and dead bugs in the sliding door to the patio. The patio barely had space to even walk out on it. The beds were not comfortable and the sofa and chair in the living room were worn to the point of not being comfortable to sit in for any length of time. There were renovations being made on the building the entire time we were there and it was never communicated to me at any point prior to or during our stay, which was very frustrating. We had someone outside the bedroom window shooting nails into the window frame at 8AM. The floors and walls are not very well insulated and we were able to hear everything going on around us and above us, which meant for early mornings and late nights of hearing people walking above us. Honestly, I felt like we were in the slums of the area, and other couple we spoke to that had never stayed there before felt the same way. There were two pools on the property, but they were assigned for particularly buildings. The one assigned to us is not as nice as the other. The condo was fine for what we needed, but would have liked a heads-up about maintenance being done on the property, and would not stay there again
