Great family stay

Clean property. Location was perfect for us having our kids with us. Patio is right by pool gate, ice machine and boardwalk to the beach.

Mother daughter 24th birthday Getaway

My daughter and I wanted to have a little getaway to celebrate her 24th birthday and this was perfect. The location was the best! I was worried about noise from the pool, but it was fine!!! The convenience outweighed any bit of noise we incurred anyway, which again didn’t bother us. We were literally steps away from the beach. We would most definitely stay here again. We had everything we needed and the trip was so relaxing!

Spotless Condo

The place was immaculate, the beach was beautiful, and the 2 beach chairs with umbrella were provided. We loved the unit and would book again. It was not a great ocean view due to it being on the first floor level, but the convenience of it being poolside was nice for anyone with children.

Condo was poolside with no gulf view. Pool was a bit noisy 9am-9pm with boom boxes right outside our patio. Otherwise, location was very convenient.

Waters Edge UNIT 113

Only thing I would suggest is a way to digitally lock the patio door. You would not want to leave it unlocked for your personal items, so you have to go through the gate and around to front each time you come in from beach.

Very disappointed, it was listed as a king bed when we got there is a as queen .

All I got was a txt saying they would change the king to a queen . We wouldn’t have stayed if it was a queen . The bed was not big enough my husband had to sleep on the pull out . Very poor listing

Great location!

We stayed in September and it was the perfect location! Parking was right outside the front door, the pool and beach were outside our back door, which is a huge plus if you have kiddos who like the pool! The unit was clean and exactly like the description. Plenty of clean towels and amenities. Pros: Location! Clean, always had parking space, great communication, near Destin (if you like the crowds) but far enough to be quiet. Stewby's is a must if you like seafood! Cons: Not really any cons except of all the codes you had to remember (gate code, room code). Also, there were no hangers in the tiny closet in the bedroom, but the listing does state that there is no storage for suitcases, etc. We put our suitcases on the extra bunkbeds in the hallway. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone with kids or without.
