This one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo sits up on the 11th floor, providing you with commanding Gulf-front views of the waves and the white sand beach below. Enjoy all the comforts of home, including two TVs, two DVD players, a CD stereo system & complimentary WiFi. After a gorgeous day spent building sandcastles, swimming in the on-site pools, relaxing in the shared hot tub, or working out in one of two fitness centers, you'll come home to a private balcony, a fully appointed kitchen & comfortable sleeping space for up to six people. Take your pick of a king-size bed in the bedroom, a set of twin bunks in the hallway & a full-size sofabed in the living room.



Pelican Beach Resort is a Gulf-front property on the sparkling shores of Destin, an ideal escape for those looking to swim, surf, sunbathe, take long walks along the beach & test their skills in a wide variety of water sports. You'll also be right in the midst of Destin's most popular attractions, with Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park practically across the road, The Track's go-karts and miniature golf course less than a mile east & the Destin Harbor Boardwalk just over two miles west. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.
