Summer fun on the beach

This was the third time we have been to this area and this was nicest rental that we have stayed in there. We found the beds to be comfortable.The kitchen had all we needed and we loved the filtered water in the fridge. I was able to drink this water with no problems where every place else I have issues with the water. The combination lock on front door was perfect. No lost keys or worrying about who had the key to get back in. Place was spotless when we arrived. We were a little worried going down that the spiral staircase might be a problem but not only was it solidly built it was easy to use. There were also stairs on the outside that you could use but we didn't need to. We had two cars with us and there was plenty of room to park even more cars. The back deck area was an added plus. There is no question that we loved our stay at this beautiful beach house.

Very disappointed!

After spending 3 months in construction at home, we were looking for a break. Unfortunately we had a major ant infestation which was taken care of by the exterminator, a washing machine that flooded, and some previous water leak issue which had a repair man turn off the water during the middle of cleaning up after an afternoon at the beach. Oh yeah...the garbage disposal didn't work and there was a layer of beach sand on the couch on the first floor. The grill was also on its very last leg... We will be back to St Augustine, but will not be staying here. The owner was respinsive, but seems like we had to deal with too much for a one week stay.

Great house!

The house was great! Enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the large living rooms. Overall the house was very nice and suited our needs perfectly! The fact that it is less than a block to the beach was by far the best part!

Amazing house and perfect location!

Our family traveled to St. Augustine for a business/vacation trip. The location was great and we absolutely loved the house. The decor and feel of the house is awesome! We loved the layout and I loved the yoga studio. We had 5 adults and 3 children with us. We had plenty of seating and we could all hang out in one room, separate living rooms or all out on the awesome back deck. Just a 2 min walk to the beach was perfect. The neighborhood is friendly and quite. You will want to spend your days on the beach and your nights on the deck. We will rent this house again. We loved it!! It was hard to get the kids to leave!

Wonderful house with superb location. St. Augustine beach is a lovely area with out to much turism. Loved every minute of it.

WOW, the best spot for the best price

I wish I could own this house. It's simple and chic with all of the elegance I'd want for daily life. The yoga room, the bright blue kitchen, the private backyard ... The whole vibe of this place is chill and relaxed. My favorite spot in the world: the hammock while I listen to the waves and gaze at the stars. You won't regret this pick.

Awesome Beach House in a very cool area

Go for this place, lots of space and 1 minute walk to the best beach. Super clean and great for entertaining. Location says Coquina Gables but should be listed under St. Augustine Beach. Walking distance, 5 to 10 min to some fun beach restaurants. Will be back in a few months, can't wait.

We love the beach. As long-time residents of St. Augustine Beach & local Realtors with St. Augustine Real Estate Company, we've lived in a lot of houses and seen a whole lot of properties. There's just something magical about this home. While we always enjoy it when we're there, we also spend part of the year in traveling. St. Augustine Beach is our home but the world is out there to be explored!

We bought this property as a duplex, renovated it and lived upstairs while renting the downstairs. As our family grew, so did our need for space. Yet another renovation allowed us to create our dream home. St. Augustine offers so much to our family. We love that the holistic community is growing by the day. As yogis, there are ample options for a great yoga class. As surfers, the beach is just a stumble out the front door. As beach bums, we've spent many, many days camped on the beautiful beach for hours.
