The Space:

The primary bedroom, second bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. A309 is beautifully decorated and furnished comfortably. This retreat has been recently updated with a new paint job, all new furniture and matching lamps for all bedrooms, plenty of new led lighting, and new quartz countertops. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a TV and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower, large walk-in closet, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and tub, TV, and DVD player.

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Great condo

We love staying in the waterscape building and this was the first time staying in this unit. It was great and clean. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend

Great Family Vacation

Waterscape is perfect for families with children. Our toddler loved the splash pad and the chairs and umbrella at the beach each day was a major plus. This condo was well stocked with essentials for cooking and everything was clean and well maintained. The only negative of this unit is the king mattress. I understand that a firm mattress might be the preference of the owner but it was not comfortable for us. I would suggest maybe putting a mattress topper on that would add comfort for anyone that doesn't want to sleep on something so solid. Other than that, we loved our stay and will definitely return to Waterscape next year.

Excellent place to stay

Loved the condo! Beautiful pool and ocean area. Very easy check-in and out. Nice to have the little bunk room and 3 bathrooms! It would also be excellent for two couples as both bedrooms have an ensuite. I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again.

Great Dance Competition Weekend

We travel a lot with competition dance. We were here for the convenience to the Emerald Coast Convention Center. It literally took 3 minutes to get to the convention center, but that was because you had to walk to the parking garage and wait at a red light. We pool deck was exceptional. There was a lazy river, an obstacle course, a preschool area with frogs, etc, two hot tubs, and two full pools. There was even a snack shack in the pool area where food or drinks (yes beverages as well) could be purchased. There was plenty of tables and chairs and lounge chairs as well. I had two issues with the pool deck area. First, I need a fork for my daughter because we had forgotten to bring one down to the pool. The snack shack would not give me one. I thought that was very tacky and unnecessary. Afterall, I was a guest of the condo. Second, while my 18 year old daughter was in the hot tub, someone stole her towel. We were quite dismayed that guests would do such a thing. We searched everywhere for it without success. Access to the beach was perfection and the inclusion of charis and umbrella rental for condo guests was very nice. It definitely enhanced our enjoyment of the beach. The actual condo itself was nice. The bathroom rooms were both very large with spacious vanity area. There were plenty of towels available. My one issue with the bathroom was there wasn't a back up roll of toilet paper available. The kitchen was nice, including a crock pot. They provided power towels, dish washing liquid and dishwasher solution, as well as a sponge. The washer and dryer were a cute little combo tucked away in the kitchen pantry. They also provided enough laundry soap for a load. The little bunk area was a great additional to the overall floorplan and the two children loved it! The master bedroom (king sized bed) did seem to have a few outlet issues with the outlet closest to the bed. The balcony that allowed access from both bedrooms and living room was very nice. The balcony furniture was adequate for our needs. There was a partial view of the gulf which was nice for the location of the condo. Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommed to friends, but there was a weird issue with noises with the pipes our first night that required a maintenance man to come see about it. He chalked it up to the wind with the floos (sp?). The walk to the parking garage was indeed long, but not impossible. There were carts for luggage so no problem!

Our stay was everything we expected.

We had an amazing time staying here for a week. The condo was clean and the view was great! The condo was very spacious and had plenty of storage for all our things.I really have nothing negative to say at all. We will definitely be back!
