The Space:

This condo sleeps 5 and has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. Unit B526 is decorated in soothing blues and greens to enhance the tropical feel of the resort. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. There is a quaint glass top dining table with seating for four people. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, 55' TV, DVD player, and a pull out twin sofa bed from the large leather ottoman. The primary bedroom features a king bed with ornamental headboard, private bath, TV, DVD player, and a spacious closet.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Cozy Beach Themed Atmosphere

Clean and easy to get to pools and beach. Perfect size for my husband, 2 year old, and I. Would recommend to a family of 3 or less, and more would be cramped.

Perfect Spring break!

Thank you for an amazing stay! The location was perfect! My daughter and I enjoyed the extremely short walk to the beach and the heated pool was nice! Kinda packed due to the time of year. But beautiful! We hope to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our visit! Waterscape was clean, right on the beach, had a great pool and splash area. We absolutely loved the bed if we could we would have took it home as a souvenir😉. I wish the pools were heated because it got chilly but it was a great place no matter the water temperature. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo!

Overall, we had a great time. Condo unit was great except the mold on shower curtain liner and dirty patio furnitures. Waterscape is an excellent place and was perfect for our 2 & 4yr olds. Will definitely come back.

Great Family Spot

Waterscape is a great family resort, with plenty of amenities for children of all ages. Between the pools and beach, you can have a great vacation here. The resort is starting to show it's age, and the greatest negative it has is that the pool waters can often be very cold. The E/W buildings A/B, block hours of sun from the pools, making them not as warm as you may like, or in our case, our daughter had a bit of a rough time with the temperature of the waters. Rooms facing inside the resort, even numbered, are much more preferrable to odd numbers, and building A is by far the easiest to navigate to the pools/parking and beach.

Changes should be made

Many things to discuss: first of all the tiny disclaimer on the photo showing the bedding is incredibly misleading. I never saw it, my husband never saw it, my sister never saw it, therefore we ended up cramped in a room I paid too much for. I feel a little tricked, especially since I was told many people have made the same mistake. Change the photo! Both pull out mattresses were stained. Neither of the showers would drain so every time we took a shower we were standing in a sandy swamp. There was a mildew smell in the room the whole time, and on the last day the water heater started leaking into the hallway causing both babies to slip and hit their heads. This is just the room. The building itself is ok and the pool is cool but very crowded. On the first day there we went to the beach and there was a sign requesting we take our shoes off and leave them on the pier. This resulted in us FRYING our feet on the way back in. I had to listen to my nephew scream in pain on the way back up the pier! My nephew had fun in the pool and that’s the only reason you get two stars.This building needs to make serious changes.
