Fair price for what you’re renting. Short walk to the beach and short drive into town. Good house for a large family.

The property is directly on the beach, beautiful views, and great access to the beach. Communication was reasonable with the management company. Linens were clean, but a bit on the thin side. The biggest issue with the property was the lack of maintenance. There is a need for fresh coat of paint, cleaning of the baseboards, and cleaning of bathroom fixtures. The kitchen sink faucet was not properly attached and was loose and there are two microwaves in the kitchen. However, the biggest issue was the both physical remnants of roaches and the sighting of roaches in the silverware drawer. 5 star location but a 2 or maybe 3 star property.

The beach view was great. Being able to walk right out of the house to the beach was perfect. The Master Bedroom has water in the walls which has made the room very musty. The curtains are stained at the bottom from that. The sheets had stains and holes in them. Bring your own sheets and a big blanket because the linens are very thin. The other 2 bedrooms were fine. The kitchen had no salt/pepper so bring those. The condo has potential just needs an update honestly.
