Overall, we had a good stay. The home was clean, kitchen was well stocked , and the check-in/check-out process was simple and hassle-free. Communication with the host before our arrival was easy, and they were quick to answer our questions. The pool (though small), dock, and beach were all an easy walk from the house, which was convenient.A few things that future guests should be aware of. 1) The location map is a bit misleading, the home is not actually on the water as it appears on the listing, it is the first house on the street.2) The third bedroom does not have a door. With only two enclosed bedrooms and the house being very creaky, anyone walking around the house or using the stairs could easily be heard from that room.3) The walls are very thin, we could hear the neighbors walking around and their kids being loud throughout our stay (an early in the AM). 4) Biggest issue was parking. The three assigned spaces are in a row, with two of them squeezed between pillars. If you have a larger vehicle (we drove a truck and a Sequoia), it's nearly impossible to fully open the doors once parked—we had to unload passengers before pulling in. The driveway is also very narrow, and if neighboring vehicles are even slightly over the line, getting in or out becomes extremely difficult. We had to ask the neighbors to move their cars twice. Truck wouldn't fit between pillars.Overall, it is a decent place in a convenient location with a responsive host and good amenities.
