The house was nice & clean . However, the yard was very unkept including the pool area . Weeds were growing up in the yard & the wooden steps going onto the porch were rotting . If I had known the kitchen was on the second floor I would not have rented this property, as we always do a lot of cooking & carrying up groceries was very inconvenient. Lastly, the property seemed to have some plumbing issues as the downstairs tub was slow to drain & the garbage disposal stopped working the last night we were there. One more thing , the trash dumpster was full of stinky trash & some big umbrellas when we arrived. We had to move it out to the street to be picked up!
