If the customer cancels the travel contract or fails to arrive, Ferienwohnung Theresa may demand reasonable compensation: Cancellation fees: 20% of the total price 4 months before the scheduled start of the trip, 40% of the total price 6 weeks before the scheduled start of the trip, 50% of the total price 4 weeks before the planned start of the trip, 60% of the total price 3 to 2 weeks before the planned start of the trip, and 100% less than one week before the planned start of the trip.<br> Holiday Apartment C4 is a 50-square-meter, two-room apartment on the ground floor. You can access the garden via the terrace. The apartment can accommodate up to three people. There is a separate bedroom and a living-sleeping area. The apartment’s kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and other kitchen appliances.
