First Floor: Living Room with Twin Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, Queen Bedroom with Walk-In Shower, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Queen Bedroom, Bedroom with Full Bunk and Twin Bunk Beds, Laundry.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the western community pool is typically heated during holiday weeks and spring break.

*Preserve at Grayton Beach utilizes ample shore to the East of Little Redfish Lake and West of Big Redfish Lake. The beach portion in front of Bannerman Beach and Sanctuary By The Sea is strictly prohibited.

*Boats, golf carts, storage trailers, and recreational vehicles are not permitted.

*Note – This property may have date restrictions that apply. All reservations submitted online are a request until receiving an email confirmation from Ocean Reef Resorts. For more details, please review our Minimum Night Stay under Rental Policies. An e-signed rental agreement is required prior to arrival.
