The inviting living space provides comfortable furnishings and a flatscreen TV, creating the perfect spot for relaxation. An expansive balcony with alfresco dining overlooks the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The fully-equipped kitchen offers all you need to create your favorite recipes.



Take advantage of amenities at Phoenix II, including a shared outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, kiddie/wading pool, sun deck, racquetball court, covered gazebo with grill area, arcade room, tennis courts, fitness center, and private beach boardwalk.



Things to Know



All parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.

The room is extremely outdated and it’s in sore need of maintenance. The light fixture in the bathroom is covered with rust. The shower knobs are from 1985, and it doesn’t drain well so the tub fills up around your ankles when you’re showering. Ew. The bath mats are absolutely disgusting and they look like they are at least 10 years old and have never been cleaned.The kitchen is so dysfunctional. The dishwasher cannot fully open because it hits the refrigerator. It only opens about 45 The front of the refrigerator door is covered with rust. The inside of the appliances is fairly clean, but everything is the cheapest and most basic Dollar General quality. The pans in the room are lightweight garbage. When we tried to make eggs, they wouldn’t cook so we turned the heat up on the burner, and it made a burned black patch in the center with the rest remaining cold and uncooked. The silverware was very minimal and we ran out of clean knives fast. there were about five or six total in the unit. The coffee cups were silly tiny.The owner and property manager should be ashamed of how poorly maintained this unit is, especially for over 300 a night.Now for the good thing about this unit. The balcony is beautiful and inviting with a fantastic view from the seventh floor. The AC does a great job of cooling. The bed has a nice mattress topper and is very comfortable. The living room furniture is comfortable. The beach is super close and the Phoenix amenities are great!
