Wir waren jetzt das vierte Mal da und kommen immer gern wieder. Von der der Buchung,Anreise,Aufenthalt und Abreise hatten wir nie Probleme, es war alles wie angeben das Ferienhaus oder die Wohnungen entsprach unserer Vorstellung und war immer sauber + alles vorhanden. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen und Problemen. Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Vielleicht eine kleine Anregung von meiner Seite vielleicht könnten sie für die jenigen die mit Handy und Internet umgehen können eine Plattform oder App errichten in der alles verwaltet wird wie Buchungen, Zahlungen offen oder bezahlt, Verwaltung der Bodenseecard usw und ich mich persönlich anmelden kann. Da wir schon vieles ausprobieren und gerne auch vergleichen was unseren Bedürfnissen entsprechen hätten wir so die Möglichkeit nochmal zusehen welche Wohnung oder Haus wir hatten um zu entscheiden was wir das nächste Mal buchen.
