Welcome aboard the cozy houseboat, ‘Balance Key.’ This charming suite is ideal for couples seeking a romantic getaway, friends for an adventure, or solo travelers wanting a unique experience on the water.

For your convenience, a boat captain will greet you at a local waterfront restaurant at Marina. A quick 10 minute boat ride will bring you to Balance Key at check-in and take you out to the same place at check-out, included in your stay.
During your stay, enjoy complimentary use of the provided kayaks or a dinghy (for experience guests only $100 per day) to explore the marina or nearby waterfront dining.

Food delivery and waterways services for your convenient

• A dinghy ride service: $40 one way ship to shore (Check-in and Check-out by the boat are included in total price)
• Food or grocery delivery to the seawall and guests meet at the seawall by kayak: $20 feet
