Spend a relaxing holiday in this modern and lovingly furnished 3-room holiday apartment on the mezzanine level. With approximately 69 m² of living space, there’s plenty of room for up to 4 people. The apartment is located just 600 m from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and 350 m from the Rhododendron Park.

The bright living area with an open kitchen and dining area is perfect for relaxing. Two separate bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a window provide additional comfort. You can access the sunny south-facing balcony directly from the living room—the perfect spot for a cosy breakfast or a relaxing end to the day.

A free underground parking space, Wi-Fi, and a lockable outdoor storage room for bicycles are also available to make your stay especially pleasant.

We’d be happy to provide bed linens or towels for you. Bed linens for 20.00 per person, towels for 10.00 per person, or as a linen package for 25.00 per person.

The final cleaning fee includes a starter package* plus utilities.
*Starter package: 2–3 dishwasher tabs (Fit brand if available), 1 trash bag, tea towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for restocking these items yourself during your stay.

• Kitchen and dining area for 4 people, open to the living room; fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher (no oven)

• Bedroom I: Double bed with two single mattresses 90x200, closet, nightstands + lamps, bench

• Bedroom II: cosy sleeper sofa 160x200 cm, two wicker armchairs, table, shelf, lamp, pleated blind for shading (does not block out light completely), games

• Bathroom: with window, shower, sink, toilet, mirror, cabinets, stool

• Balcony: south-facing, with a table and chairs for 4 people

• Outdoor storage room: provides space for bicycles or similar items

• Underground car park: free parking space No. 2

• Extras: free Wi-Fi, fly screens in the bedroom and bathroom



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
