Die Unterkunft war insgesamt okay. Um anderen von hohen Bewertungen sich die Augen verwischen zu lassen, muss ich leider ehrlich sein um jemandem eventuell damit einen Gefallen zu tun. Mit Ameisen muss man rechnen, laut dem Vermieter ist es auch nicht zu vermeiden. Der Ort liegt schon etwas weiter außerhalb

Die Lage des Ferienhauses und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Leider entsprach der Zustand der Unterkunft bei unserer Anreise nicht den Erwartungen.Das Haus wirkte insgesamt ungelüftet, verstaubt und in vielen Bereichen unzureichend gereinigt. Schränke und Schubladen waren verschmutzt, die Matratzen deutlich durchgelegen.Besonders problematisch war die Küche: Es gab einen starken Befall mit Lebensmittelmotten, teilweise wurden offene alte Lebensmittel gelagert. Schränke, Geschirr und Küchengeräte waren verschmutzt, einzelne Geräte waren veraltet oder defekt. Der Ablauffilter der Spülmaschine war mit alten Speiseresten verstopft.Auch das Dachgeschoss und die Badezimmer waren aus unserer Sicht nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Sofa und Kissen waren fleckig und verschmutzt.Die Dachterrasse war nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Liegestühle waren verrostet und stark verschmutzt, die Polster verschlissen, verschmutzt und teilweise mit Brandlöchern versehen. Hinzu kamen Spinnweben, Staub und Vogelkot.Wir haben den Urlaub dennoch nicht abgebrochen, sondern zunächst selbst gereinigt und den Mottenbefall beseitigt. Wer Wert auf Sauberkeit, gepflegtes Inventar und einen guten Allgemeinzustand legt, sollte wissen, dass die Unterkunft bei unserem Aufenthalt in diesen Punkten erhebliche Mängel aufwies.

Vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung. Tatsächlich waren einige Dinge der Rückmeldung durchaus nachvollziehbar und haben zu Konsequenzen bzgl. der Reinigungsfirma geführt, das wird nicht mehr vorkommen. Andere Dinge wurden jedoch übertrieben dargestellt, meiner Ansicht nach vor dem Hintergrund hoher Ansprüche und einem frühzeitig vorgetragenen Wunsch nach finanzieller Kompensation. Auf einer größeren Plattform, auf der ich deutlich öfter vermiete, wurde der Aufenthalt davor als auch danach jeweils mit fünf Sternen bewertet.

Très beau séjour loin de tout dans les hauteurs des Alpes italiennes.Le logement est typique, charmant, bien équipé, la vue est splendide.Le village est très beau et le restaurant du centre sympa. Par contre, il faut apprécier les routes de montagne car ça tourne et Perinaldo est loin de tout !Pour un séjour dans le calme, c'est l'endroit idéal !

Séjour inoubliable….Appartement très fonctionnel avec un toit Terasse et une vue sur un paysage exceptionnel.et un village très accueillant .Bon contact avec le propriétaire ,avec un explicatif très détaillé pour notre séjour. À faire et à refaire sans problème merci.

Fijn appartement met fantastisch uitzicht in authentiek Ligurisch stadje

Fijn en schoon appartement voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Sommige ramen hebben horren, dus je hebt geen last van muggen als je wilt luchten. Pluspunt van deze woning is vooral het fantastische uitzicht dat je vanaf het dakterras hebt en de ligging aan de rand van het stadje. Parkeerplaatsen op ongeveer 100 meter, maar in elk geval op loopafstand. Hetzelfde geldt voor een aantal kruideniers, restaurants, bar en een apotheek. Het huis heeft drie verdiepingen en ook naar het dakterras moet je nog een trap op, dus je moet wel goed ter been zijn om er te kunnen verblijven.

excellent séjour

Le logement est conforme à l'annonce. Il est très bien équipé et très confortable. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse qui offre une vue magnifique. Il est situé dans un magnifique village typique d'Italie où il y a supérettes, bars et restaurant. Il est très bien placé pour faire des randonnées et aller à la mer.
