Just off the living space is access to the large front deck, offering a peaceful outdoor setting for morning coffee, evening conversations, or simply enjoying the mountain air.



Also on the main level is a bedroom with a queen bed and closet, along with a full bathroom featuring a shower and tub combination. A washer and dryer with laundry pods provided are also conveniently located on this level.

Mile High Marina on Payette Lake is just over a mile out for beach days, swimming, and water sport rentals that add real excitement to a summer afternoon. Golfers will appreciate the two-mile drive to McCall Golf Club for a scenic round among the pines, and when winter arrives, Brundage Mountain Resort is just 11 miles north for outstanding skiing and snowboarding.
