We are originally from Montana and vacationed in the Bolivar Peninsula with friends for the last 20 years. We have always enjoyed the Texas hospitality and the less restrictive beach environment. We bought the cabin in 2021 and moved down to the Houston area to be in the warmer weather all year long.

Why they chose this property

The beach is a fantastic place to vacation and our family really enjoys that you can transition from daytime relaxing and beach drives to campfires and fireworks.

What makes this property unique

This property has a fantastic feature that allows some privacy to multi family guests by having a separate efficiency/studio apartment on the same property as the main 2 bedroom home.
