Property was very clean and presentable upon arrival. The location of the unit is nice, with open parking fairly close. It is easy to pull right up to the sidewalk leading to the front door for quick loading and unloading. The pool on the property is clean and was not too crowded while we visited. The amenities (beach chairs, body boards, etc.) provided by the hosts were nice. Check in and check out was as painless as can be. The location of the property is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of 5 points, however, this requires a drive to get anywhere. Overall, a very nice place to stay!

We had a fabulous and fantastic time at the Sandbar. It was beautifully set up, and so clean as we walked in. The best we ever encountered. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows for everyone if needed. It was my husband and I, our son and daughter in law and their two children, ages 9 and 10. House was perfect for us. The living room/dining/kitchen/island area was huge and all chairs and couch were so comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need which is rare. People break glasses and dishes and they are never replaced. Here, there were many dishes of all kinds, glasses, cooking sheets, serving bowls, and frying pans. We made breakfast and lunch and went out for dinner. Lots of restaurants in the area. We took the kids to the waterpark slides and go-carts. Lots to do. Another thing we loved was a TV in every room. A large screen TV in the living room. We had so so much fun playing pictionary on Netflix using our phones! Another surprise was a beautiful terrace with table and chairs outdoors and anther terrace off the master bedroom. So many comfortable places to sit quietly and chat, read or have a cup of coffee. There are two coffee makers in the kitchen. A Keurig pod machine and a drip coffeemaker. So convenient. I brought a few boxes of pods and we were happy. Refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, stovetop with oven and dishwasher. We used the pool several times too. Owners were very kind and responsive. We hope to return.
