Wonderful Condo!

This is by far the best condo we stayed in the past three years at A Place at the Beach. Elliott Beach Rentals is awesome! They were so kind and accommodating!

The place was nicely furnished and clean. Loved the furniture and outdoor furniture .. the only things I would like to see changed is more than 1 parking pass Wine glasses K cup coffee maker Also Bedroom door was shut So could not open it Also Bathroom rugs need replaced.

I have stayed at this property in the past, but in a different unit through a different renter. We absolutely love the location and that it is very family friendly! It was a bit confusing from the management company since I booked through VRBO, but had to complete a bunch of additional documents through my email not through VRBO. With the management company, they were super responsive and easy to get in touch with through a texting service. The decorating for the space was great and we really liked the layout with having a toddler and the living room furniture was really nice! A few things that would have made this stay better would have been if there were hangers in the closet, additional garbage bags, extra cleaning supplies and paper towels. They gave us an extra roll of toilet paper when we checked-in, but it would have been nice if the house was stocked with that. Also if there were a few basics in the house for travelers that are helpful like condiments, cooking spray, some more cooking pans (the ones they had weren’t great). We weren’t there a full week so we didn’t think to buy those things. All in all I absolutely will be returning! It’s a beautiful place, great location and quite literally “steps to the beach”!!

This is an absolute beautiful condo. Everything was very clean, beautiful furniture. Upon arrival I did have some issues with pipes/water pressure. They were notified and someone was out there immediately to check out the situation. It was just pressure built up in the pipes, but water went everywhere and I had to use towels to make sure I cleaned it up, but they also sent someone and delivered more towels to me as well. The bed was very uncomfortable for me...just too firm. I have a hip replacement, back, cervical issues...so I was not comfortable. The owner approved a 4 inch memory foam mattress topper...it made a huge difference and I am so grateful for the owners for doing this. Elliott Rentals really went above and beyond!!! Thanks.
