House was Hot when arrived with my infant no air conditioning on. House has smart thermostat but was off. Glass table in front room is broke/ wonky not pet or family friendly. Hole for camera in living room letting bugs and weather in. The front yard and pouch has lots of cactus, lava rocks again not family or pets friendly. There is only two actual beds the other is a folding bed. Both beds are like sleeping on plywood with itchy bedding. Mold in restroom. Only 3 towels so I’d you have more than 3 people you’ll need to bring your own. The toilet paper was like sandpaper. No where to place your luggage. Only two closets in the house and both are full of owners clothes / treadmill one was locked the other was not. The house was unlocked upon arrival. No smoking on property so if you smoke you have to go off property. Has a different fence than pictured if you have a truck / long suv etc you will not be able to park on property.
