▶ Guest Access
The Guest House is a completely separate unit behind the main house with it's own private entrance. The back porch area with 2 Adirondack chairs is shared with guests that might be staying at our other property; The Shamrock Shore Bungalow (the main house). This is a great spot to enjoy the sea breezes - perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

● Sleeping Arrangements:
The Guest House Cottage sleeps up to 4 with a Queen bed & sofa bed located in the bedroom area. Please review the layout to ensure it works for your group.

● Cottage Layout
Open layout with plenty of room to spread out (see floor plans in photos). The sleeping and living area is tucked at the end of a hallway with an arched, open entry (no door). At the opposite end of the hallway, you'll find the full kitchen. The bathroom is a separate, fully enclosed room located midway down the hall for added privacy.

● Shared Spaces
The only shared space is the back porch area with BBQ behind the main house (with Adirondack chairs). This area is shared with any guests that might be staying at the Main House. The Guest House is a completely separate unit with it's own private entrance.

● Shared Amenities
We have 2 bicycles and Beach Essentials for guests (beach towels, beach chairs (2) and beach wagon. These are shared between guests in the main house and Guest House on a first come - first serve basis. Please return items promptly to their stored locations when finished using so other guests may use them.

● Historic Home:
This is a lovingly restored circa 1903 property—expect a blend of old-world character and modern updates.

● Parking:
There is one driveway covered parking spot. Free street parking is available in the East End Historic District. Spaces are usually easy to find, but availability can vary during events. Note the red curbs near intersection are no parking zones. Ask us garage parking for cruises at an extra charge.

● Beach Access:
The home is a short drive (or a 4 block walk) to the Seawall and Galveston’s beaches.

● Air Conditioning:
Galveston is coastal and humid. We have a wall AC unit for your comfort. There are also ceiling fans.

● Pets:
We allow 1 pet (adult dog only) for $25 per pet/night (no puppies). Please be good pet parents and clean up after your pet. Any damage or waste left by your pet will result in an extra charge of $125 (minimum).

● Safety:
For your security the property is equipped with exterior security cameras (no cameras inside). Tampering, disabling or obscuring cameras is prohibited and against Vrbo Policies.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set AC to 75. Turn off heaters.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Time: 10PM-8AM. Pets must be in a crate if left alone at property. On leash when outside. Please don't bathe pets in showers, tub, or sinks.
No smoking/vaping anywhere on property.
Use of bicycles at own risk. Only adults 18+yrs old permitted to use bicycles.
