Luxe living abounds inside and out with a modern interior and an enclosed back yard complete with a private pool and spa, gas fire pit, and a well-appointed outdoor kitchen equipped with an impressive gas grill, two-burner range, and mini-fridge. Located in the scenic Lakewood community, onsite features include playgrounds, pedestrian paths, and two lakes with shared dock access.

Spend your days soaking up the desert sun while staying cool in the sparkling pool. Techies will love the remote control for the pool and spa, controlled over WiFi using a smartphone app. When everyone works up an appetite the grill master can get to work in the outdoor kitchen for a poolside barbecue. When the sun sets, hop in the spa or gather around the fire pit for starlight entertainment.

Inside, relax in comfort with central AC offering cooling respite from the heat. Challenge your guests to a few rounds of foosball in the living room or enjoy a family movie night on the wall-mounted smart TV.
