Enjoy the peace and quiet, hear the frogs and experience the joy of summertime fireflies. Brand new memory foam king, queen and queen sofa beds. All pillows and mattresses are fully encased for the highest level of cleanliness.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Unless you are told otherwise, please place the sheets and pillowcases in the washer, select the appropriate load size, HOT water and start the first load of laundry.
Please gather all towels, wash cloths, bath mats, kitchen towels and kitchen wash cloths used during your stay and put them in a pile in front of the washer.
Make certain that the coffeemaker has NO COFFEE GROUNDS or COFFEE PODS left inside and that the machine is unplugged.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours: STRICTLY ENFORCED between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am. NO FIREWORKS.
Respect your neighbors in this home. Please do not engage in any activities, play music or use language which may be offensive to your neighbors.
Unauthorized pets will incur a $450 damage fee and your rental agree will be terminated immediately with no refunds.
