Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Ensure you've set out recycling/trash on prior sundays, to avoid any overflow on move out day. Recology only takes what fits inside bins, so any overflow will be extra cost to haul away.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please observe a shoes-off policy when inside the house. Shoes can be remove at the top ledge of the first flight of entry stairs.
Blue recycling and black trash bins in the garage - please set outside on Sunday nights and bring back Monday morning. Break down cardboards.
