The Mermaid's Den in Nova Scotia

This lovely wood cabin rental near Baddeck in a picturesque woodland setting is the top place to stay for a Nova Scotia glamping retreat. The peaceful location of the cabin allows guests to appreciate nature and get away from the city. Inside, there is one bedroom with two specially designed beds; one double bed on the ground level and two twins beds in the bunk. All beds are supplied with soft bedding and linens.



Outside, guests will find two shared bathrooms, with showers and toilets, right next to the cabin as well as a fully-equipped kitchen space. The kitchen is a communal area which provides guests with a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and an Italian Delonghi coffee machine. For warm, sunny days, guests can make the most of the barbecue and rustle up a tasty dinner.



Guests can have a glass of wine on the outdoor deck overlooking the river and watch the sun go down. Hammocks are also provided for those wanting to switch off after a day of hiking. The cabin comes with a guitar so guests can get together and play some tunes around the fire pit. The site has a pet-friendly policy so guests don't have to feel guilty about leaving their furry friends behind.
