Step into this modern, single-level home, designed with bright, open spaces and natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across three cozy bedrooms.



The spacious open-plan living area features:

- Comfortable seating with a Smart TV for entertainment

- A selection of games, including an Xbox, Nintendo, and various board games



Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, offering:

- Ample counter space

- Essential appliances: crock pot, food processor, food saver machine, bread maker, small waffle maker



You'll find:

- Two well-maintained full bathrooms, including a luxurious ensuite with a soaking tub

- On-site laundry facilities with a washer and dryer

- A welcoming private deck, perfect for alfresco dining with a BBQ grill

- Safe and accessible on-site parking, with space for a small trailered boat (maximum 20 feet in length) on the side of the garage.



This is a pet-friendly home, welcoming dogs (applicable pet fee applies).
