Holiday Rental No. 11 on Mariannenweg is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people (max. 3 adults and 1 child).

Your holiday rental is located on the 2nd floor and measures 56 m². Here you’ll find a living room with access to the southwest-facing balcony, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is about 200 m away.

The living room is bright and modernly furnished. In the evenings, you can relax together on the cosy couch and reminisce about your wonderful day at the beach. A flat-screen TV and a DVD player are at your disposal. Plus, there are plenty of books to keep you entertained. The couch can be folded out to create a comfortable sleeping area for two people. The modern dining table by the bright balcony window offers the ideal spot for shared meals.

The kitchen is separate and well-equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a stove with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, as well as an oven and a microwave. A small dining nook in the kitchen is perfect for breakfast.

The bedroom features a large double bed (2 x 100 x 200 cm) and a closet with plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. A high chair and a fixed cot are also available for your little guests.

The holiday rental is rounded out by a functional shower room.

The living area and hallway are finished with high-quality hardwood flooring, while the kitchen and bathroom are tiled. The bedroom also features hardwood flooring. The windows are fitted with blackout curtains for privacy and sun protection.

Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The parking space for your car is located behind the house in the adjacent car park. One parking space is available for this holiday rental. In the building’s basement, you can use the bike storage room and the drying room.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

The “Am Mariannenweg” apartment building is located near the beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, close to the Ostseekliniken. The distance to the beach is about 200 metres.

Pets are not allowed.

The modern, U-shaped apartment building houses not only a few long-term rental units but also attractive, modern holiday apartments.

The two-room apartments with separate kitchens can accommodate up to four people. All apartments have a balcony facing southwest, offering a beautiful view of the complex’s well-maintained green space.

You can safely store any bicycles you bring with you in the building’s bike storage room.
