Welcome to our holiday rental, which was completely renovated in the winter of 2025/2026—new, furnished to a high standard, and designed with great care to ensure an all-around cosy getaway.

Amenities

This modern, high-quality, and cosy 2-room holiday apartment on the ground floor with a separate entrance offers space for up to 3 guests in approximately 40 square metres of living space.
The combined living/dining area, featuring a well-equipped built-in kitchen and dining nook, offers plenty of space to prepare delicious meals or simply unwind.The cosy couch can be pulled out into a sofa bed with a sleeping surface of 160×200 cm.
A flat-screen satellite TV provides entertainment. The pull-out couch in the living room also provides a place to sleep for a third person.
The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a second TV. There are also curtains here that provide pleasant darkness.
The bathroom, which features underfloor heating, is equipped with a shower, toilet, towel warmer, and hair dryer.
The east-facing terrace, furnished and directly adjacent to the living room, is the ideal spot for a relaxing breakfast in the early morning sun when the weather is nice.

Special Features

You enter this cosy, non-smoking apartment directly through its own separate entrance on the gable end of the house.
Younger guests are welcome to use the courtyard playground on the shared grounds of “Haus am Weidengrund,” “Haus im Reet,” and “Haus am Haftbruch.”

Bicycles

The house has its own lockable storage shed (with a power outlet, e.g., for e-bikes). Bicycles [&] and other items can be stored safely here. There is also a public bike rack at the house.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the holiday rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an enquiry via email.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a holiday rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
