This spacious 3-room holiday rental measures approximately 79 m² and is located on the 2nd floor. You’ll find a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony facing southeast. The beach is approximately 400 metres away.

Families with children in particular will feel right at home in this holiday rental. The spacious living room is equipped with a TV and a DVD player. A small selection of DVDs and books promises hours of entertainment. The double sofa bed (160 x 190 cm) comfortably sleeps two people. A cosy dining area is located right next to the kitchen. It seats six people. You can step out onto the furnished southeast-facing balcony from the living room.

The holiday rental offers two bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm each). Each bedroom has a TV. The closets offer plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. You can even use a high chair free of charge. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds. Laminate flooring was chosen for both bedrooms as well as the living room.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. A microwave, a stove with an oven, and a dishwasher are part of the standard equipment.

In addition to a tiled shower room/bathroom, you’ll also find a guest bathroom here. Our holiday rental is for non-smokers only. Pets are not allowed.

The Sünnslag holiday complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away. A parking space is also available. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available.

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All holiday apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or storage room for bicycles.
