This 3-room holiday apartment on the 1st floor offers modern amenities for 4 guests and spans approximately 65 square metres across 2 floors. Large windows provide plenty of natural light.
On the first living level (1st floor), the apartment features a cosy living and dining area with satellite TV and a comfortable sofa corner.
The open kitchen on this floor is equipped with all the appliances you need for self-catering, including a stove (glass-ceramic cooktop) /oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
From here, you have direct access to the spacious, sunny balcony with a beach chair.
Two separate bedrooms with ample storage space for your holiday wardrobe await you, dear guests.
The bathroom, featuring a shower and toilet, is also located on this same level.
From the living area, an open staircase leads you to the attic.
In the attic, the second living level, you’ll also find an open sleeping loft with a flat French bed (sleeping area 140x200 cm).

This non-smoking apartment, quietly situated in a green setting with a large balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea, is just 900 metres from the Baltic Sea, which you can reach on foot or by bike in just a few minutes. For our youngest guests, a high chair is available for free use in the apartment.

Bicycles
If you bring or rent bicycles or similar items, you’re welcome to park them at the public bike rack.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your holiday rental. Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Important Information for (Construction) Company Bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an enquiry via email.
Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a holiday rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s Tax – the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. Upon presentation of a disability ID card, you will receive a discount.
