Gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Alles vorhanden. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was Möbel und Fußboden im Wohnzimmer betrifft. Sehr gepflegtes Haus. Empfehlung: eigene Kissen mitbringen. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen, allerdings nicht für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung, da eine Treppe in den oberen Bereich zum Schlafzimmer und Bad.

Sehr gut aufgeteilte und helle Wohnung mit großem Balkon und schöner Aussicht, leider ohne Markise. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut, uns fehlten nur Tischsets für den Glastisch im Esszimmer. Großes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche, hier wäre eine Seifenablage wünschenswert. Ein kleiner Aufzug ist vorhanden. Ein Pluspunkt ist der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, allerdings ist die Ein- und Ausfahrt sehr eng und nur mit größter Vorsicht zu bewältigen.
