The Reet/AM11a vacation home is an exclusive semi-detached house with 4 rooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Bookings for this property are available for a minimum of 4 nights. For bookings spanning New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, please note the minimum rental period of 5 nights.

Spanning three floors, this spacious semi-detached home with a thatched roof features a living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. Together with the attic, you’ll have plenty of space for your vacation here—over 100 m².

On the first floor of the vacation home is the spacious living room with a white organic tiled stove, a cozy dining area, a sleeper sofa (sleeping area 130 x 200 cm), and an integrated kitchenette with a cooking island. Coffee lovers will find not only a classic drip coffee maker but also a Nespresso INISSA capsule machine. The guest restroom with a walk-in shower and the entryway are also located here.

Access to the south/west-facing furnished terrace is directly from the living room, offering an unobstructed view of the garden, the pond, and beyond into the protected landscape area. The living area features a wide range of entertainment options, including a flat-screen TV, Netflix, a soundbar, a Blu-ray player, a JBL Bluetooth speaker, a PlayStation 4 Pro, a Wii game console, and a radio/CD player. The very well-equipped modern kitchenette features an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.

In the two bedrooms in the attic, the first bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), and the second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) with an additional pull-out bed for 1 child (80 x 190 cm). A portable child safety rail and an extra mattress for the travel crib are available in the storage room.

The closets offer plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe.

Furthermore, the attic features an utility room with a washer and dryer, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a hallway with a separate workspace for your vacation mail.

The loft contains another bedroom with a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm). The bedrooms with double beds are equipped with a flat-screen TV. The sauna (for a fee) offers relaxation during the colder months (you can pick up the key at the front desk). Made-up beds are included in this property (except for the travel crib).

The owner provides all guests of this house with a beach chair at the house and another one directly on the beautiful Baltic Sea—at beach section 19—free of charge.

This non-smoking vacation home can accommodate 6 adults, plus 1 child up to 14 years old and 1 child up to 2 years old; pets are not allowed. Note for guests with allergies: All floors in this vacation home, except for the attic (which has linoleum flooring), are tiled. Two women’s bicycles (28-inch) (subject to availability) and Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are included. One bicycle has a luggage basket and the other has a removable Römer child seat. Bicycles you bring with you can also be securely stored in the shed (outlet for e-bikes available).

For summer barbecue evenings, a Char-Broil electric grill is available in the outdoor area of the house. Two parking spaces are assigned to this vacation home.

The Mariannenweg vacation resort is located in a low-traffic area on the second row. The parking lot is right at the resort’s entrance. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg vacation resort have access. This vacation home is assigned 2 parking spaces. You can park additional cars in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. The beach is only about 400 m away.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Towels are not included. They can be rented from us for a fee.

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the property is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and, provided there are no complaints or defects, will be refunded within 5 business days after departure.
