The Reet/AM 18 a holiday home is a semi-detached house with 4 rooms that can accommodate up to 7 adults and 1 child.

In this semi-detached house, which has been lovingly furnished, you’ll find plenty of space for your holiday across more than 100 m², spread over 3 floors. Among other things, you’ll have access to a living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available free of charge throughout the house.

On the ground floor of the holiday home is the spacious living room with a separate workspace for writing your holiday mail, as well as a pull-out corner leather couch (90 x 200 cm) that provides an additional sleeping option. The dining area in the large living room is perfect for cosy get-togethers. For entertainment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs. You’ll also find a bathroom with a walk-in shower and the entryway here.

The 20 m² south-facing terrace is accessible directly from the living room. Enjoy the sun on the furnished terrace, which also features an infrared kettle grill. In the living-dining area, you’ll find a large LED TV, a Blu-ray player, and a radio/CD player for your entertainment.

In the very well-equipped, modern kitchenette, you’ll find a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, and egg cooker, as well as an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. One bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and the second bedroom also features a double bed (180 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have large closets for your clothes and an LED TV each. The bathroom across the hall is equipped with a bathtub.

A separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer is also located on the upper floor. A travel cot and a high chair are also available there.

In the attic, you’ll find the third bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a sleeping alcove for 1 child (70 x 180 cm).

The living area and bathrooms are tiled. The bedrooms on the upper floor and in the attic have laminate flooring and are therefore suitable for people with allergies. We therefore ask for your understanding that, unfortunately, smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your own bicycles and store them safely in the shed. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in this holiday home.

The holiday resort on Mariannenweg is located in a low-traffic area, set back one block from the street. The beach is only about 400 m away. The car park is located right at the resort’s entrance. This holiday home comes with 1 designated parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public car park for a fee. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg holiday resort have access.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are not included. They can be rented from us for a fee (without making the beds).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the property is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg holiday village, with its exclusive thatched-roof cottages, offers you a peaceful and relaxing holiday in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof cottages within the holiday village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the rocking animals, and dig in the sandpit. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.

The car park, with individual parking spaces for each house, is located right at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.
