The Reet/AM04b holiday home is a 3-room semi-detached house that sleeps up to 6 people.

Spread over two floors, this spacious semi-detached house with a thatched roof features a living room with access to the terrace, two bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. With 88 m² of space, you’ll have plenty of room for your holiday. The beach is about 400 m away.

The southwestern-facing terrace is accessible directly from the living room and offers an unobstructed view of the greenery. Here, you can enjoy cosy evenings with the property’s own WMF combination grill. For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system are available. Two additional TVs are available in the bedrooms.

On the ground floor of the holiday home is the spacious living area with a cosy dining area, a sleeper sofa (125 x 175 cm) for two people, and an integrated kitchenette. The modern kitchenette features an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, one with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have blackout curtains. A bathroom with a bathtub invites you to relax. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. A high chair and a washing machine are included. Special features of the holiday home include a small infrared sauna, books and DVDs, and a selection of games. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is provided.

The holiday resort on Mariannenweg is located in a low-traffic area, set back one block from the street. It’s only about 200 m to the beach. The car park, which has one parking space, is located right at the resort’s entrance. This holiday home is assigned one parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public car park for a fee. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg holiday resort have access.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the proper return of the holiday property. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg holiday village, with its exclusive thatched-roof houses, offers you a peaceful and relaxing holiday in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof houses within the holiday village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the rocking animals, and dig in the sandpit. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.

The car park, with individual parking spaces for each house, is located right at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.

At the Am Mariannenweg holiday resort, exclusive holiday homes with a unique living atmosphere await you. Each of the 20 semi-detached homes features two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a generous terrace, and can accommodate four to nine people depending on the layout.
You’re, of course, welcome to drive onto the property to bring your luggage or larger purchases to your thatched cottage. For bicycles you bring with you, you’ll find a shed or bike rack at each house.
