Die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe, mit 4 Personen würde ich hier nicht unbedingt wohnen wollen. Der Balkon ist schön, auch durch die Überdachung, aber wie gesagt für 2 Personen. Der Stellplatz ist gut befahrbar, auch mit einem größeren Fahrzeug. Da hatte ich im gleichen Haus schon andere Stellplätze.

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein und niedlich, gut eingerichtet und befindet sich in der 5. Etage. Dadurch hat man Ruhe und kann sich auf dem geschützten Balkon erholen. Die Abholung des Schlüssels ist eine Katastrophe. Es befinden sich vor der Tür des Reisebüros Meerfun keine Parkplätze und auch nicht in der Nähe. Wir waren schon mehrmals im Meeresblick und es hat uns immer wieder gefallen. Aber die fehlenden Parkplätze vermiesen uns den Urlaub.

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt in Kühlungsborn

Wir waren für nur 2 Nächste in der Ferienwohnung. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Ausblick aufs Meer, auch wenn seitlich, ist super. Man hört auf jeden Fall die Wellen rauschen. Ein Nachteil hat das Apartment. Das Fenster zum Schlafzimmer geht in den Innenhof des Gebäudes und hat kein Fenster direkt nach draußen. Die Frischluftversorgung ist nicht optimal.
