Sea view WE 2.07: beautifully situated 2.5-room apartment close to the beach

This modern and beautifully located 2.5-room apartment (approx. 52 m²) on the 2nd floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The living areas have laminate flooring, while the kitchen and the bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 3 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or sheets) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The cosy and modern living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch, armchair, and coffee table, a separate dining table with 3 chairs, and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 8 m² balcony (facing east). From here, you can reach the heated pavilion (approximately 16 m²) with a stunning view of the Baltic Sea and Baltic Park, located directly across from it. Here, you can relax comfortably on the cosy wicker furniture set surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with 2 modern flat-screen TVs, a stereo system with a radio and CD player, and a small selection of books. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen area includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet, and features another modern TV. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person.

The inviting bathroom features a shower, a sink with a large, wall-to-wall mirror, a toilet, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, heated floors, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet (with a mirror and shoe cabinet) in the apartment’s entryway.

To protect your valuables, you can use the built-in safe located in the apartment.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car free of charge in a duplex underground parking space assigned to your apartment (PLEASE NOTE: maximum height 1.65 m!), and your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle storage room in the apartment complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday accommodation.

Via a spacious, covered atrium with live plants inside the apartment building, you can take one of the glass lifts for barrier-free and convenient access from the basement to your apartment on the 2nd floor.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 3 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
