Welcome to Endless Summer, a modern coastal retreat designed for relaxed gathering and elevated 30A living. This newly constructed, four-level home offers generous space and thoughtful design, making it ideal for large groups, extended families, or friends traveling together.
The home features seven bedrooms, including a private in-law suite, along with multiple living areas that allow everyone to spread out and unwind. Beverage stations on every floor keep entertaining easy, while the chef-forward kitchen is perfect for shared meals and casual hosting. A gas fireplace anchors the main living space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Outdoor living is woven throughout, with covered balconies for quiet moments and a top-floor entertainment space and sundeck complete with a fire pit, perfect for evenings under the stars with coastal breezes and the sound of nearby waves.
When you’re ready to take a break from the beach, relax by the private resort-style pool. A game room adds extra fun, while a private elevator provides easy access to all levels.
