Maison au calme tout confort

Maison tout équipée située au calme dans une impasse près du golf de Saint Philibert… très bien située pour rayonner dans tout le golf du Morbihan… Vue superbe avec mer au fond du jardin…. Das schöne Steinhaus innen modern renoviert, technische und sanitäre Ausstattung top. Im EG ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Bad, Küche, großem Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Im OG drei Schlafzimmer, Bad, WC. Großes Grundstück direkt am Wasser, baden bei Tidenhochstand möglich. Die Lage am Ende der Stichstrasse bietet absolute Ruhe. Alles in allem eine Top-Unterkunft für diesen Preis.
