Liebe die Wohnung. Leider über Sylvester nicht mehr frei. Sehr gemütlich - Küche gut ausgestattet. Diesmal fehlten jedoch ein Geschirrhandtuch und die letzten Mal waren Handseife und Spüli vorhanden. War etwas ungünstig vor Karfreitag, an dem alle Geschäfte geschlossen waren. Aber ansonsten immer wieder gern.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet am Rande von Westerland. Bäcker und Strand sind in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, eben so ein Fischimbiss. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend kostenfrei auf der Straße. Die Wohnung ist sauber und für zwei Personen ausreichend, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein paar mehr Ablageflächen und gemütlicheres Licht im Wohnzimmer wären schön.

Klein, aber nicht fein!

Leider mussten wir direkt beim Check-In , der per Briefkasten erfolgte, den ersten negativen Punkt sammeln. Es fehlten die Kurkarten. Dazu gab es später am Abend ein klärendes Gespräch per Telefon. In der Wohnung wurde uns bewusst, was das „klein“ in der Betitelung meinte. Die Wohnung ist wirklich klein. Was nicht das Problem war. Wir erkundeten die einzelnen Räume und mussten leider feststellen, dass die Teppiche alles andere als sauber aussahen. Im Badezimmer waren hinter der Tür noch Haare von den Vormietern zu finden. Die Bettwäsche, die wir dazu gebucht hatten, hatte ein paar ältere Flecken. Weiterhin waren die gebuchten Handtücher vom Gefühl noch „klamm“ und zur Krönung war eins der Handtücher noch dreckig. Genau wie die Geschirrhandtücher, die wir nicht benutzen wollten/mochten und froh waren, eigene mit genommen zu haben. Die Beschattung erfolgt über Aluminiumrollos, die ihre besten Tage gesehen haben. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich noch Lebensmittel von den Vormietern. Zum krönenden Schluss kommen wir zum größten Problem! Der Berührungsschutz der Steckdose und des Schalters im Schrank ist nicht gegeben und damit, Meinung eines Elektrikers, LEBENSGEFÄHRLICH! Hier muss also vieles gemacht werden.

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein und ist in einer guten Lage. Es ist zwar ein Mehrfamilienhaus aber trotz allem sehr ruhig. Uns hat besonders die Sauberkeit beeindruckt. Es war sehr schön und wir würden die Wohnung auch jederzeit wieder buchen. Sie ist hübsch und zweckmässig eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht.

Eine schöne, helle und hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung am Südwäldchen von Westerland. Mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus ist alles schnell zu erreichen, der Strand auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Aufenthalt. Das Wetter hat natürlich mitgespielt. Die Wohnung war für 2 Personen ideal. Vermisst hatten wir allerdings Eierbecher in der Küchenausstattung. Sonst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wohnung liegt an einem sehr ruhigem Areal, der Strand war gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
