This perfectly central yet quiet 1-bedroom holiday apartment (40 sqm, 3rd floor, no lift), located close to the beach and featuring a sunny south-facing balcony, is modern, wonderfully bright, and welcoming. The living/dining/sleeping area has been designed with exclusive materials and white built-in cabinetry. You enter the holiday apartment through a small hallway leading to a tastefully appointed kitchenette (ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine). The living and sleeping area is equipped with a double bed (2x 80x200 cm), a dining area by the window, a cosy sofa, an armchair, a hi-fi system, and a large flat-screen/smart TV. The modern bathroom features a Raindance shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and heated towel rack. From the wonderfully sunny balcony (with a table and two comfortable chairs) as well as from the dining area, you can see the dunes to the right; a small glimpse of the North Sea perfectly rounds out the view.<br>It’s only about 100 metres to the beach access point with the Sunset Beach beach bistro, located right on the beach promenade. Here you can enjoy romantic sunsets. You can reach Friedrichstraße in Westerland on foot in just 3 minutes.<br>The Syltness Centre and its swimming pool are also within sight. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Please note that this holiday rental is a non-smoking property and pets are not permitted.<br><br>The holiday rental’s central location makes it ideal for travelling by train. <br><br>The holiday rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner programme, which means you’ll receive free bus tickets. You can use these to travel throughout the entire island during your stay. If you’d like to use all public buses on Sylt for free with Sylt Mobility during your stay, please add the free €0 ticket to your booking at the time of reservation.<br><br>Free duplex parking space No. 12 is available in the building’s underground garage for Holiday Rental No. 13. The underground garage can be opened with the standard apartment key.<br>Please note the maximum vehicle dimensions: length max. 4.90 m / height max. 1.50 m / weight max. 2,000 kg. For larger vehicles, parking is available directly in front of the building (for a fee) or on the side streets in the immediate vicinity (free of charge).<br><br>The instructions for the duplex parking system must be strictly followed, and use of the parking space is at your own discretion and risk. You will receive the parking instructions in a separate email.
