Kiawah Island is a gated community where only owners of properties on the island and their guests are permitted to enter via secure gates. This provides a tremendous sense of security on the island which is important for families with children. Kiawah Island is also known for it's hundreds of miles of bike and walking paths that offer beautiful views of this spectacular island.

This home provides a perfect setting overlooking the 16th hole at Turtle Point Golf course and comes with never ending views of the Atlantic Ocean. This home provides an amazing access to either get some sun on the huge private deck overlooking the beach, or grilling with your family on a fantastic private patio, or just relaxing enjoying the sounds of waves crashing on the beach. This home is also in a perfect location as it is short walk to the beach, private pool, or one of the many golf courses on island. It is also a 10 minute walk to the spectacular Sanctuary resort at Kiawah Island which offers a world class spa and dining experience. For golfers, you have access to some of the best golf in the United States, notably The Osprey, Turtle Point, snd Cougar Point golf courses. Kiawah is also home of the world famous Ocean Course, home of the 1998 "War by the Shore" (Ryder Cup) and the 2012 and 2020 and up coming 2031 PGA Championship. If you play Tennis, the Island is home of the Roy Barth Tennis Center which is also in walking distance.
