Very cute condo and a great location actually steps from the beach with a gorgeous path boardwalk straight to the beach. The condo has everything you need to enjoy a great time on the beach and/or go golfing. The golf course is close by there’s also a market area with Shopping restaurants and grocers about five minutes from the condo.

Older unit but to be expected given the very low cost. Plenty of space considering it’s a one bedroom villa. Minor leak in bathroom upon arrival. Staff and maintenance were super prompt and efficient communicating and quickly repairing the leak. I highly recommend.

Incredible stay in this gem by the beach. We loved our time in West Beach. Check in was seamless, the unit was clean and had everything we needed, and Vacasa went above and beyond in communication throughout the process. Would highly recommend to another couple!

All info was waiting for us when we arrived. It was very easy getting in and settled. The cleanliness was impeccable.We loved the location. It was our first time to Kiawah Island, and the closeness to the beach and local amenities was great. Long walks on the beach and bike rides was so convenient, nice and fun. We will definitely be back.

Perfect beach getaway

The location is perfect for a beach vacation. The property is the same as the photos on the rental site. It needs some TLC-the bathroom shower head and sink faucet need to replaced and the bathroom it self needs to be painted. The carpet in the living room needs a good cleaning or replaced. The kitchen needs new silverware including steak knives and utensils.

October get away

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice and spacious. Very close to beach and pool. The only thing I may suggest would be a new shower head in the bathroom and we had trouble using the dryer. It seemed to go on and off sporadically. However, I will definitely stay here again next year!
