Cozy upstairs loft with 1-bedroom and bath in adorable Kansas City home

Your home away from home in Kansas City with 1 bedroom, 3/4 bathroom, dining space, and living room with TV. This space is located on the second floor of my home and features a cozy queen bed and a large living room space with a futon couch/bed and a large L shaped desk if you plan to work. Guests will enjoy a clean bathroom with a shower (no tub), along with their own heating / AC to keep the space comfortable year-round. Whether you’re unwinding or catching up on some rest, this enjoyable spot offers a welcoming atmosphere. My private upstairs loft is located on the second floor of my home so you will enter my house to access the private loft area. To clarify, you do enter my home to access this space and it does not have a kitchen but does have a microwave, larger dorm refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, and eating utensils for 4 people.

It is a quiet neighborhood and friendly tree lined dead end street with little traffic, where all of the neighbors know each other. It is also nice having the city park at the end of the street so you meet a lot of the neighbors walking to/from the park.
