The property includes both sides of a canal-front duplex, totaling 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One unit is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath home, and the second unit is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath home.

Each side has its own private entrance, full kitchen, living room, and backyard patio, making it perfect for multiple families, couples, or groups who want to stay together while enjoying their own space.

Enjoy direct Intracoastal access and a private boat dock that can accommodate boats up to 30 feet—ideal for boating, fishing, or exploring the waterways.

Both homes feature bright modern interiors, comfortable living areas, and tropical canal views. Outside, guests can relax in two private backyard areas while watching boats pass by.
