From the owner: "Thank you for your review! We’re glad you enjoyed the property and found our communication helpful during your stay. We appreciate you choosing our home and hope it provided a comfortable experience."

We’re thrilled you enjoyed the backyard and found the indoor space comfortable for relaxing. It’s great to hear the location worked well for you too. We’d love to host you again so you can visit the beach during your next vacation!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home’s convenient location near shops and just a short drive to the beach. We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. -We take guest comfort and transparency seriously, and we want to clarify that there are no security cameras inside the home, as you can see from our numerous 5-star reviews. The exterior security cameras are located outside the property and are disclosed in the listing prior to booking to ensure full transparency for our guests -We also regret any frustration you experienced with communication during your stay. The property manager responded to all text messages, and we encourage guests to call for more urgent assistance moving forward, so we can help as quickly as possible We do appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re so glad the space worked well for your family, and that you found the beds comfy and the home super clean. It’s great to hear the outdoor area was a highlight, too. We’d love to welcome you back again soon!

Thanks Heidi. You guys were amazing guests. So glad everything worked out! See you again soon. Paul&April

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We’re truly glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that the home’s layout, spacious rooms, and backyard pool area helped make your time comfortable and memorable. It’s wonderful to know the space worked well for both group gatherings and quiet relaxation. We also sincerely appreciate you bringing the maintenance concerns to our attention. This is not the standard we strive to provide, and we have shared your feedback with the local team to address the mold on the baseboards, peeling door casing, wobbly dining chairs, dishwasher performance, and the issue with the shower temperature right away. Guest feedback like yours helps us improve, and we’re grateful you took the time to let us know. We’re so glad you enjoyed the location and amenities, and we would love the opportunity to host you again in the future!

From the owner:"Thank you for the great review. We’re glad you enjoyed the space, outdoor area, pool, and the convenient location. We appreciate you noting the maintenance items and are happy our team was able to respond quickly and get everything taken care of. It’s wonderful to hear your family loved the stay, and we’d be happy to host you again."

John. You were a pleasure to deal with! We hope you come back next year and see all the upgrades we just made! All new outdoor furniture, all new landscape lighting around the house and inside the house, new LED umbrella, new lounge furniture in the shaded area near the main entrance, cool multi-colour pool lights, pergola lighting and much much more. Thanks again for being so great to deal with and we can't wait to host you again. All the best! Paul & April

Thanks so much for this Kim! You were amazing guests! Your review was thorough and offers great suggestions for other guests too. We try extremely hard to provide a second-to-none home rental experience. The house is such a vital part of a vacation and as past vacationers, getting a home that exceeded advertised expectations was rare. Your review is validation that we're achieving what we set out to do. Can't wait to have you and your family back soon to "The Resort"! Thanks again!! Paul & April
