The modern bathroom includes a walk-in tiled shower, and guests also have access to a convenient in-unit washer and dryer. With its private entrance and clean, contemporary design, this ADU provides a quiet and comfortable stay ideal for extended visits.

Guests have private access to the entire guest suite, including the living/sleeping area, full kitchen, bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, and the private entrance. The unit is located on a shared lot with a larger main home next door that is occupied by tenants. The main house and its areas are not accessible to guests. The guest suite is fully separate and designed to provide a comfortable and private stay.
