The house is fully air-conditioned and consists of a first floor with fitness room and entertainment room with billiards, table soccer, darts, the 1st floor with living room, kitchen and dining room. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with bathrooms. All floors are connected with an interior staircase.



Refreshment on warm summer days can be found in the attractive pool in front of the house and in the jacuzzi with panoramic views of the sea and the islands. Look forward to social hours and culinary delights at the barbecue on the spacious terrace.
