Welcome to this oasis of tranquility, comfortably furnished and modern. The house is located in the first row to the beach and thus offers ideal conditions for a vacation with sun, beach and sea. The house is spread over several floors and offers space in four bedrooms, five bathrooms and a living room with kitchen.



A highlight of the house is the beautiful pool area, where you can cool off on hot days or relax on the sun loungers. Thanks to several terraces you will always find a pleasant place in the shade or in the sun.



Only a few steps separate you from the sea and the beautiful pebble beach. You can also easily reach shopping facilities and a restaurant on foot. Look forward to fantastic vacations in this vacation home near the beach and the sea.



Note: The owners live on the property and use the same passage to the house. The owner must walk past the cottage to get to his own.
